At STL Authentics, we stand by the quality of our sports gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and verify they were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your gear, including a copy of the packing slip, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
